For the past few months I’ve been so inspired by Suger Coat It’s blog. Especially the fitness side.
I never once thought that being a ‘big gal’ you could ever write about fitness related stuff, but Suger has definitely opened my eyes up to that!
I also really love she’s done the Couch to 5km challenge and I’m a little inspired, so I’m signing myself up to do the Mother’s Day Classic here in Canberra and walk the 5km track.
I know, walking it isn’t a big deal – but it’s a start! I have a trip to the US at the end of the year and I want to bit fit enough to be able to walk all day and go out all night! So this is my first step to getting fitter (on top of gym visits).
A few weeks ago I bought some fitness gear from Big W and I’m ready to give it a work out!
